This Privacy Policy explains how kyluk ("we", "us", or "our"), who publishes on Google Play as a.k.soft, handles information when you play Space Adventure: Cosmic Storm (the "Game") on iPhone, iPad and Android, as distributed on the App Store and Google Play. By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or any account information (the Game has no accounts or sign-up)
• Device advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)
• Precise location data
• Photos, contacts, or any personal files
• Any personal information from children

Your game progress (best score, ships, stars, missions, daily streak, engine trails and settings) is saved on your device. On iPhone and iPad it is also kept in your own iCloud account so it carries over to your other Apple devices. This data goes to Apple under your Apple Account, never to us, and you can turn iCloud off for the Game in iOS Settings.

The Game shows only rewarded ads that the player chooses to watch (to continue a run or to start with a shield). There are no banners and no ads between runs. Ads are non-personalized and contextual only: every player is treated as a child, and we do not use behavioral tracking or advertising identifiers. On Android the Game does not request the advertising ID permission.

To show an ad, measure it and prevent fraud, our advertising partners automatically process limited technical information: the IP address (used to estimate the country or region), device model, operating system and language, app version, non-advertising device or app identifiers, interactions with the ad, and diagnostic data. They are configured as child-directed under COPPA and may not use this information to build profiles or to personalize ads. On Google Play we only use ad SDKs that are self-certified for the Families Policy.

If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, the Game sends your best score to its leaderboard and reports the achievements you earn. Game Center shows your Game Center nickname next to your score to other players. This is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; parents can limit Game Center with Screen Time.

The optional Share button makes a picture of your score and opens your device's share sheet. You choose whether and where to send it; we do not receive it.

Space Adventure: Cosmic Storm is directed to children as well as older players. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international laws:

• We do not request or collect personal information from any user, including children under 13.
• We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) or behavioral tracking.
• We do not display personalized or behaviorally targeted ads.
• We do not offer chat or any way to talk to other players, and we do not sell anything in the Game.
• We do not allow children to share personal information. A link to the Game's store page appears only in a share message the player chooses to send.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at kyluk5@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

Parents and guardians may:

• Review any personal information we may have (we collect none).
• Request deletion of any data: write to us, and we will forward the request to the ad partners listed above.
• Turn off Game Center or iCloud for the Game in iOS Settings, or uninstall the Game to delete the progress saved on the device.

We do not operate servers or store personal data. Game progress stays on your device and, on iPhone and iPad, in your own iCloud account. Data processed by our ad partners is encrypted in transit, and third-party SDKs implement their own security measures as described in their privacy policies.

Since we do not collect personal data, most data rights (access, deletion, portability) do not apply to us. For data processed by our advertising partners, contact them using the links in section 2, or write to us and we will help.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
